Who You're Contracting With

The legal entity that sells the Service to you, enters into the contract with you, and is responsible for administering this Money Back Guarantee (the "Company") depends on the payment method selected at checkout:
if you pay through the PayPal checkout flow, the applicable Company is SKILLHUB FZCO, IFZA Business Park, DDP, PO Box 342001, Dubai, UAE; and
if you pay using any other payment method available at checkout, including a credit or debit card, the applicable Company is Devellux Inc., 800 Atlanta Road #1003, Seaford, DE 19973, USA.
Applicable Company will be identified in your order confirmation, payment receipt, or other transaction documentation.
The eligibility requirements and other terms of this Money Back Guarantee apply equally regardless of the payment method you use. Any refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. See the "Contact Us" section below for the full legal and contact details of each applicable Company.

14-Day Non-Usage Refund

If you have purchased a subscription but have not yet interacted with the product (defined as zero progress in your chosen course and no activity beyond the initial onboarding), you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds are typically processed for the initial payment only.
To initiate a refund, simply send a brief email to support@ai-corso.com. While we strive for 100% satisfaction, we reserve the right to decline refund requests, unless mandated by law.

Note for EU Residents

If you are a consumer based in the EEA or Switzerland, you have an automatic legal right to withdraw from contracts for purchases of Services. However, when you make a purchase of a single item of digital content (such as a video recording or a PDF file) you expressly agree that such content is made available to you immediately and you therefore lose your right of withdrawal and will not be eligible for a refund.
By signing up for our Service, which is not a single item of digital content and is provided on a continuous basis (such as subscriptions to our Service), you expressly request and consent to an immediate supply of such Service. Therefore, if you exercise your right of withdrawal we will deduct from your refund an amount that is in proportion to the Service provided before you communicated to us your withdrawal from the contract.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

Where you have not lost your right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you enter into that contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — the Company that processed your payment (see "Who You're Contracting With" above and "Contact Us" below for the applicable entity and address), email: support@ai-corso.com — of your decision to withdraw from a contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, you need to send your communication to us before the withdrawal period has expired.
